Return Policy

RETURNS, REFUNDS, & EXCHANGES

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, you can contact us at contactus@leggzz.com

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, you will be sent a return shipping label. The cost of the shipping label will be deducted from the refund total.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will process your return once the item(s) is received.

Refunds are issued in the form purchased once the item(s) are approved. Please allow 3 to 5 days for refund processing.

• LEGGZZ LLC  is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
• Exchanges are treated as returns. You will need to place a new order for the item or size for the new item or size you need.
• SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. No returns or exchanges.
• Store credits and gift cards are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferable, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
• We do not honor previous sale prices or promotions when placing a new order.

 LEGGZZ LLC reserves the right to limit the number of returns.
